Netherlands
We’re based in the Netherlands, EU. Domestic shipping is a flat rate of €6.75 per parcel.
International
We ship worldwide! Shipping costs depend on your location—simply check your shopping cart and the checkout process for specific rates. Please note, we do not profit from shipping and always aim to provide you with the best possible prices.
Customs & Import Taxes (Outside EU)
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. Unfortunately, we can’t be held responsible for delays caused by customs.
🇺🇸 Good news! For mainland U.S. customers, import duties are prepaid (DDP) and included in the checkout price. DDP applies only to the mainland U.S.; orders shipped outside the EU to other countries may still be subject to local import taxes or VAT.
Returns
Returns are only accepted for customers within the EU (delivery address inside the EU) within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Return Costs
Buyers are responsible for the postage costs when returning an item. If an item isn’t returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Cancellations and Exchanges
We do not accept cancellations or exchanges. If you need to change your order, please return it and place a new one.
