    These terms and conditions from now on, apply to all orders placed through our online shop by customers residing both within and outside the European Union (EU). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

    A contract is formed when you place an order via our online shop, and we confirm it via email. We reserve the right to reject any order for legitimate reasons, such as stock unavailability or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

  3. Prices and Payment
    All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes for customers within the EU. For customers outside the EU, any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import charges are the buyer's responsibility. Payment can be made via the available payment methods listed on our website.

  4. Shipping and Delivery
    We deliver to both EU and non-EU countries. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other circumstances beyond our control.

  5. Right of Return (EU Customers Only)
    Customers within the EU are entitled to a 14-day return policy as per EU regulations. You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, provided that the products are unused and in their original packaging.

    • The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

    • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

  6. No Returns for Non-EU Customers
    For customers outside the EU, no returns or refunds are available. All sales are final, except in cases where the product is defective or the wrong item has been delivered. In such cases, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order.

  7. Liability
    We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
